Uptop Boss Teejay shelled out a couple millions to purchase his two dream cars.
The Montego Bay-based deejay is now the proud owner of a brand new Mercedes-Benz and BMW.
Teejay uploaded a video showing off his luxury whips on Wednesday as he popped a bottle of champagne and poured it over the cars. The “UpTop Boss” deejay said he wasn’t being hype but he wanted to show ghetto youths what they can achieve through hard work.
“A nuh hype mi hype people trust mi it’s just to show ghetto youths that dreams can really come through and remember never you want greatness for the wrong reasons simple mean say anything you a do make sure you do it from right ya so ❤️? #uptop4eva a the house next,” Teejay wrote under the video.
The entertainer’s post got the attention of hundreds of Dancehall fans, while many congratulated him on his latest acquisition, many believed he should’ve bought he dream house first.
“Wow nice cars.. progress!! But 2 car and house next ???? it should a b the other way around… ,” one fan wrote. “Buy a car weh can crash tomorrow before yu invest in a house and this spell sense,” another added.
However many defended Teejay’s purchase, “Half a uno a chat deeven [have] one house, make him enjoy him money,” one social media said. “People can’t enjoy their money in peace ??♀️ Let people live and do as they please ??♀️ y’all tripping,” the comments continued.
