Quick Cook has accused Popcaan of stealing his song.
The Recording artist took to social media last week to blast the “Stray Dog” deejay.
According to Quick Cook, Popcaan dropped a new track “1Guh [We Run The Grung]” copying a previously recorded single he did last year for Markus Records titled “Run Di Grung” on the “Murder Case Riddim”

“Breaking news!!! Cya believe say di artiste run outta idea Popcaan and a sing over back mi song,” Cook wrote online. “1 year ago mi do di song we run di grung for Markus Records how u come a song back over mi chorus same ting mi a sing u a sing stop play up inna mi song dem better u link mi n tell mi u want the song more than u literally a sing over mi song n not even a give mi props fi it wid all the same title WE RUN DI GRUNG u nuh run grung bout yah popcaan u is a song Teif me n shaneO do a song SUCK YOU MADDA and a it u play up inna and go sing stray dog wen mi say nuh shaky move u go sing nuh shaky warrior.”
