Detectives from the Narcotics Division of the Jamaica Constabulary Force reportedly seized over 200 pounds of ganja St. Elizabeth on Sunday.

According to police reports, the drug find was made in two St Elizabeth communities, during conducted operations.

Cops say that a raid was made on a premises in the Slipe community between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., where police reportedly seized 30 pounds of ganja in a hut.

An even bigger find was made in the Comma Pen area of the parish, where cops say they discovered approximately 200 pounds of loose ganja in bushes.

No arrests were made in either find, detectives say the drugs has an estimated street value of  $690,000 JMD.
