Chronixx is celebrating yet another stellar year musically following the release of his Grammy-nominated “Chronology” album, as he was recently received bestowed with the Prime Minister’s Youth Award.

The International Reggae superstar continued his successful year after racking up the prestigious accolade from the Prime Minister for his work in the area of arts and culture.

The Prime Minister’s National Youth Awards for Excellence, which was introduced back in 1998 was conceptualised to recognise the efforts of young Jamaicans between the ages of 15 and 29 who have contributed significantly in various areas of national development.

There seems to be no stopping the 24-year-old “Skanking Sweet” crooner who recently wrapped up his very successful Caribbean Tour which recorded sold out shows in Trinidad, Grenada and Jamaica.

Chronixx was also nominated for a Grammy for his debut album “Chronology” album earlier this year, earning rave reviews from fans and critics alike.
