Chris Brown is facing more legal problems as he’s being sued by another clubgoer over a 2014 shooting incident.
Ginja Elms reportedly filed legal documents against the R&B singer claiming he was shot and injured during the shooting at the 1 OAK nightclub on Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, California. Breezy is also being sued by former rap mogul Suge Knight who was also shot seven times.

According to Elms’ lawsuit, the nightclub owners were aware of Chris Brown’s gang affiliations in LA so they should’ve had additional security, he says the shooting has disrupted his and his wife’s lives.
Elms is also suing singer Mia Pia, who was co-hosting the event Brown.
Brown has been slapped with several suits since the start of 2016, lets hope this is the last one.
