A Landlord reportedly booted Chris Brown from a villa in Ibiza last week for allegedly trashing the house, according to TMZ.
The pop superstar allegedly rented the villa for a week while in Ibiza for $26,000, but failed to make payment and damaged the villa according to the landlord.
The landlord claims that the walls of the villa were damaged by apparently by knives, the bed was peed, and there was vomit everywhere.
He claims he was forced to get the police to evict Brown after the “Loyal” singer wouldn’t leave the premises.
Brown has since denied trashing the villa, and took to Instagram to show that the villa was still intact before he left.
The Landlord is reportedly seeking $60,000 in damages and rent.
