Chris Brown has denied suggestions that he threw shade at rival rapper Drake while paying homage to Lil Wayne.
Breezy was accused of throwing some shade towards Drake while paying homage to his friend Lil Wayne in a Instagram post. The “Loyal” crooner posted a picture on Instagram declaring support for his frequent collaborator and also sliding in a perceived diss.
Brown declared that if it wasn’t for Weezy “a lot of these fake a** rappers wouldn’t get an opportunity,” a comment which many assumed was aimed at his bitter rival Drake. A comment which Drizzy himself seemed to personally address.

Drake made a post declaring his unwavering support for his mentor Weezy, but did so with some apparent side shade in response to Brown, saying ” I don’t know what these other weirdos are on with all the side talks but I know you gave me a shot and all I can ever do with the rest of my life is return the favor.”
Despite the pair’s bitter history Chris Brown has denied allegations that he threw shade at his rumoured rival.
The Singer took to Instagram stating that the comment was not aimed at anyone, and that he is never shy to address someone by name if he had a issue.
