Charly Black sent Dancehall fans into a frenzy yesterday after he sparked rumours that he was now bleaching his skin.
The Diamond-selling dancehall artiste ignited the reports on Thursday when he uploaded a photo dancing with a female. “ARIES BIRTHDAY MOOD ?????? #aries #turrrrrrble#charlyblack #teamunstoppable?? #charlyblackbirthdayparty2018,” he captioned the photo however Dancehall fans were more interested in his complexion than his dancing skills.
In the now viral photo, the “Gyal Yuh A Party Animal” singer displays a lighter skin tone than his previous images on his Instagram account.
Social media users quickly began to speculate that Charly was now bleaching his skin.
“Him haffi guh change him name.to charley white ya now lol,” one user wrote. while another added, “I thought it was me alone see Charly white!!! Why people doing this to dem selves???.”
However others were in full support of the artiste claiming it was just the photo and not his new appearance, “Filter and the lighting. Still looks black on his page lol ???.”
