Cardi B says her bundle of joy already has a name and her boo thang Offset is the one who came up with it! On Thursday, Bardi paid a visit to the Ellen Show and spilled all the tea about how she got pregnant and the details on her baby’s name. However, she wouldn’t say what the name was.
“My dude named the baby,” she said. “I really like the name.” When Ellen asked what the name was, Bardi responded that she’d leave it up to Offset to share. “I’m gonna let him say the name since he named the baby.”
While she wouldn’t reveal every detail, she explained the baby’s name is “almost tricky” but will make sense to people. Following the baby convo, Ellen proceeded to play clips from the 25-year-old’s Coachella performance. The “Bodak Yellow” babe shocked many, as being pregnant didn’t stop her from putting on one heck of a performance.
Cardi even joked that her moves are what led her to getting pregnant. “I was just trying to show the world how I got pregnant in the first place.”
The rapper told the host that thankfully her morning sickness has faded away, and she confirmed that she is due in July. She also went to say that she believes there’s one specific “good night” that “had to be” the night that she got pregnant. And while most of us feel like we already know the sex of the baby, Cardi B also told Ellen she and Offset have learned the baby’s sex.
