The man, Giovanni Arnold, claims he asked the couple for autograph at a Met Gala after-party, but Offset was not pleased with the way he approached his fiancée. As a result, the Atlanta rapper reportedly instructed three of his homies to “go after” him.

According to the suit, three unidentified men “savagely beat Plaintiff [Giovanni Arnold], punching him and then stomping on his face while he was on the ground,” and then fled the scene.
Giovanni Arnold’s suit reportedly alleges “assault, battery, [and] intentional infliction of emotional distress,” and seeks unspecified damages claiming he was transported to a local hospital to be treated for injuries to his face, neck, back, and body after the attack.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
