Buju Banton has announced his “Long Walk To Freedom” tour which will commence next summer following his release from prison.

The incarcerated Reggae superstar’s team made the announcement on Monday via social media by posting the promotional flyer with the caption “The anticipation continues to build, looking forward to seeing you all soon. Stay Tuned!.”

The tour will reportedly see the Reggae superstar make several tour stops, which will be announced in the coming weeks. The tour will also feature several special guest appearances by close friends of the entertainer.

Buju Banton Already Being Targeted By Scammers

The “Wanna Be Loved” crooner is already scheduled to perform in Trinidad and Tobago this coming April, but rumours have also emerged claiming his first show will actually be in Jamaica, but so far no confirmations have been given.

Fans are said to be eagerly awaiting the entertainer’s release from prison as his last major performance was back in 2008 in Miami to help raise funds for his legal fees

Buju Banton is scheduled to be released from prison in the United States on December 8, 2018 after serving nearly a decade on drug-related charges.
