Nick Gordon has been arrested, once again, for an incident involving the on-off girlfriend, Laura Leal, whom he was booked for beating up last week.

According to reports Gordon had been ordered to stay away from Leal in the wake of the recent incident, where she reportedly told police he punched her in the face, pulled her hair and threatened to make her crash the car on their way home from a bar.

Shortly after Gordon’s arrest, Leal begged a judge to lift the no contact order, as she believed the incident was her fault because she was bipolar. However, the judge refused, TMZ reports.

Now, a week later, Gordon has been thrown back in jail for spending the night with 26-year-old Leal. According to Daily Mail, officials received an anonymous tip about the on again, off again couple’s night together at Gordon’s home.

He was then arrested and booked on a charge of violating pre-trial conditions in his domestic violence case. As a result, he “may not be bailed.”

However, this is not Gordon’s first time behind bars for an incident with Leal. In fact, it is his third since the two began dating one year ago.

In the wake of his recent arrest, Gordon has claimed that he is innocent in the situation. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Gordon claims Leal let herself in while he was sleeping. He claims she came to the bedroom, and they were “just hanging out,” which Leal confirmed.
