Dancehall entertainer Blak Ryno has been admitted to hospital in critical condition.

The former Portmore Empire/Gaza member was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the United States on Wednesday.

Sources close to Blak Ryno confirmed the incident and say the “Bike Back” deejay is currently in hospital in critical but stable condition.

“Blak Ryno is alive, he is not dead so we want to get that out there ASAP,” the source said. “He was involved in a serious car accident this morning in New York when him and his friends were leaving a party.”

“First responders were able to revive him and took him to a hospital. His latest condition is serious, but he is hanging in there. We just asking fans to stop believe fake news,” the source continued.

Blak Ryno’s last Instagram post was uploaded a few hours ago, “The agenda change #1focus !!,” he wrote. The entertainer is currently promoting his new single titled “Psalm 35” produced by MBR Records, along with “Juicy,” “Brace Pon Me,” and “Somebody Pickney,” featuring Shane O.

Blak Ryno’s representative says his family is asking for privacy and urged his fans to pray for him as his fight for his life.
