Beenie Man is still out here throwing shade at fellow entertainer Spice.

Earlier this week, the King of Dancehall took to social media to wish Minister Marion Hall, formerly known as Lady Saw a 46th Happy Birthday.

The Doc. uploaded a video to his Instagram account sending his heartfelt wishes, “Happy birthday to Marion Hall, one of the greatest and the greatest female in music,” he said in the video while smiling.

In the caption, Beenie Man made it clear that Minister Hall will always be his “favorite musical Queen.”

Dancehall fans quickly spotted the shade aimed at Spice and chimed in, “Ummm a mi one alone realize seh Beenie a shade Spice or nah,” one wrote.

“Lol when beenie a dash him shades, a nuh ntn normal. Worst him do it suh smooth and professional. But he’s telling the truth. I don’t see none to compare to the great Marion Hall,” another added.

The “Who Am I” deejay’s statement comes after his beef last year with Spice when he shared that Lady Saw was still the Queen of Dancehall.

Spice Blasts Beenie Man, Says Vybz Kartel Is The King

Speaking with Onstage TV’s Winford Williams back in October about the rightful female heir to the genre’s throne.

Beenie Man revealed that the real queen is still Lady Saw. “The Queen of Dancehall, Marion Hall is baptised, so i am here to see the next queen to come,” he said.

When asked about Spice getting the title, the “Girls Dem Sugar” deejay said while the “So Mi Like It” hit maker stepped up her work ethic to claim the throne, that’s not how you become a queen.

“If yuh guh tek Lady Saw crown, you affi do weh Lady Saw do! no disrespect,” Beenie said. “You can’t do less work and……” Beenie however agreed that Spice is now the designated queen or queen-elect but not the queen.
