The body of a 3-year-old girl who was reported missing last Saturday was discovered in Orange Hill, St Ann on Sunday morning.

According to the Brown’s Town Police 3-year-old Nevalesia Campbell chopped to death and tossed in bushes in the community.

After an extensive search, investigators and residents reportedly discovered the body of the 3-year-old child at approximately 11am on Sunday morning.

Detectives have named a man, Alexus Newland, otherwise called Dal Dal, of Milford, St Ann as a person of interest in connection with the gruesome murder.

Newland is being advised to turn himself in to the Brown’s Town Police in St. Ann by 5:00 pm Monday.
